HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

                                           HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO  YOU ALL!   
                                                    
                                   1. started with making breakfast for my small family left at home.
                                     Toast  with heart shaped cut out then I cooked an egg in it.
                                      Took the heart and toasted it with jam.
                                   2.  Busy day preparing dinner 
                                   3.   Made valentine cookies and delivered to four families  and visited
                                   4. Prepared and had Activity day with my girls.  Down to six right now.  
                                   5. Had  a nice dinner.
                                   6. Went to art class
                                   7. Took a friend to the hospital for IV antibiotic
                                              BUSY DAY SHARING LOTS OF LOVE

We made choc molds (heart suckers) and made valentines for parents.

This is what I made for Bill.  52 reasons why I love you. 

Our valentines Table for 2012.  I made chicken cordon blue, double stuffed potatoes, asparagus, salad and cherry cheesecake for dessert.

Remember the photo of the tree I was to attempt in class.  Well I am almost finished.

I have some finishing touches.  This photo was taken with my phone.    The color is somewhere in between.  I really like the looks of the darker one but I wanted it to be in the grayer scale for my bedroom.  Well my first attempt to painting, this is acrylic.  I'm starting to like painting.    I want to do another one for my laundry room that I'm fixing up right now.  Or maybe I'll hang this in there.  Uhmmm  , I think I will. 

February a time to Love

Well February is here and so far its been awesome.  This week was beautiful and warm ,I was even able to run outside a couple of times .  No wind and plus temperatures.  Crazy.  Taite was gone this weekend to High River for a basketball tourney.  She is  doing stats for the HS girls team.  So Bill and I were empty nesters.  It was weird.  I really missed Taite alot but Bill and I had fun,    We went to

                                                Lethbridge Rics grill which is a a complete rip off.  Food
                                                 pretty good, although Bills $15.00 appetizer of scallops  was
                                                 was a plate with 5 tiny little baby scallops .  I had to look really
                                                close to see them and  to see if they were actually scallops.  They
                                                were the size of dimes.   He said the sauce was good.  No sharies
                                                with that size.  I had a cup of soup and a salad . Bill had the scallops
                                                and a cup of soup.  With tip  a grand total of $50.00.

Then we met some friends at the movie and saw BIG MIRACLE.  I vaguely remember this happening in 1988.   It was kinda cute.  

 

Saturday after working on some projects for the Laundry room.  I had a girls night out in Lethbridge.  We had alot of fun.  Talked and Talked and Talked.  Isn't that what are girls are made of?

I did realize that I need to bring along my camera more often as now I'm trying to keep on top of my blog . Or use my phone.  DUH!  So here to another week     Enjoy!
